Payment and Delivery Terms

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase. Cancellations must be made by email to: varaukset@caveentertainment.fi. The customer will not be charged any fees for the return.

Payment Terms

The service must be paid in full at the time of booking. Available payment methods:

• MobilePay
• Invoice

A successful payment transaction is required to confirm the booking. If the payment is not completed successfully, the booking will not be registered.

Cancellation Terms

The customer may cancel their booking free of charge no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. Cancellations must be made by email to: varaukset@caveentertainment.fi

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the booked time, 50% of the service price will be charged. If the customer does not arrive at the booked time and has not cancelled the booking, the full service price will be charged.

The service provider has the right to cancel the booking due to illness or other compelling reasons. In such cases, the customer will be offered a new appointment time or a full refund.
